Phase One: Arts & Education Center and Joy and Lynch Christian Warehouse Theatre (December 2004)
The new facility houses classrooms, art studios, meeting rooms, and a flexible studio theatre / conference facility / social center.
The Arts Education program focuses on visual and performing arts education, as well as professional, community, and childrens productions. It offers a wide variety of education programs in theatre, dance, and visual arts.

Phase Two: Historic Theatre
The restoration of the historic Academy of Music Theatre will follow the completion of the Arts & Education Center and Joy and Lynch Christian Warehouse Theatre. This magnificent edifice will be restored to a fully operative facility and care will be taken to retain the original decor.
On any given weekend, the celebrated 100-year old theatre will play host to such popular performers as Doc Severinsen, Bob Newhart, and Debbie Reynolds. Riverdance and The Bolshoi Ballet will share the stage with great musicals as Guys and Dolls and 42nd Street. And local symphony orchestras, choruses, dance and theatre companies will present themselves in grand style on the stage of this historic landmark playhouse.
